The Fitbit Alta is a wearable fitness tracker from Fitbit. Breaking away a bit from their standard fitness tracker design — which are "sporty" designs — the Alta is a more fashion-conscious tracker. Resembling more of a bracelet than a fitness tracker, the Alta boasts a touch-sensitive OLED display, along with various different band options.
Available in March for $129, the Alta is said to last 5 days on a single charge. You'll be able to track the standard fare of stats, like steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes and more. Alert notifications are also present, so you'll be able to see calls or texts right on your wrist. And the whole thing is water resistant as well.
You can now pre-order the Fitbit Alta for $129 in black, blue, plum and teal, with shipments starting in early March. The bands are priced anywhere from $30 to $100, should you want to customize it even further.
