Microsoft will host an official launch event livestream for Gears of War 4 on October 5, a few days before the Xbox One and Windows 10 shooter is released on October 11.

The livestream will begin on Oct. 5 starting at 6 p.m. Eastern time (3 p.m. Pacific time). Microsoft says the event will include "exclusive gameplay" from Gears of War 4 along with "giveways, special appearances and much more." You can catch the livestream from a variety of sources, including straight from your Xbox One console. It will also be available via Facebook Live, YouTube, and, yes, Microsoft's recently acquired game streaming service Beam.
