Huetro, a fantastic third-party app for controlling your Philips Hue lights, has been completely rewritten as a universal app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile in a big update to version 3.0. Along with the universal rewrite, the latest update also introduces some useful new features like dynamic lighting effects, OneDrive syncing for scenes and more. Here's the full breakdown:
