You've got lightweight, portable laptops, and you've got gaming laptops. Lenovo's Ideapad Y900 is every bit of a gaming laptop, and picking it up just once will show you that. Unveiled during CES 2016, the Ideapad Y900, there is no mistaking this powerful 10 pound monster is geared towards gamers who will be keeping it more stationary.

Inside this giant you'll notice a 17.3-inch IPS display that has an anti-glare coating, with a resolution of 1920x1080, as well as a backlit mechanical keyboard with Chrome colors from Razer. Powering it is Intel's 6th-gen quad-core Skylake Core i7-K series processor along with NVIDIA's GTX980M that are paired with 4GB of memory. You'll be able to expand up to 64GB of memory if you need, and the massive 90Wh battery should give you five hours of uptime on the machine per charge.

Lenovo will also be selling a hard-shell backpack, for those who think they will need to lug this sucker around with them. None of this comes cheap, however, and we are looking at a $1,999 starting price. Availability for the Lenovo Ideapad Y9000 starts in June 2016, so you have plenty of time to start saving.
