Lenovo is busy unleashing a slew of new ThinkBooks on the world today, and one of the most interesting is the new ThinkBook 13s Gen 2. Like other laptops hitting the scene these days, the ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 adopts Intel's latest 11th Gen Core CPUs, and it's certified as part of Intel's Evo platform. It's also quite a looker, featuring a unique dual-tone lid against a solid "Mineral Gray" base.

Beyond that unique cover design, the ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 is built to feel premium with an all-metal chassis. It's also 14.9mm (0.58 inches) thick and weighs just under three pounds.

Lenovo has also gone with a 16:10 display ratio here, giving you more vertical room to work with. That display features Dolby Vision HDR and is color accurate up to 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut.

According to Lenovo, you can expected to net up to 12 hours of battery life with the ThinkBook 13s Gen 2. When the battery is running low, the laptop also support rapid charging to top things off quickly.

The ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 is expected to go on sale in October with Intel CPUs starting at $829. Lenovo says it will also sell an AMD model starting in October from $729.
