Nextgen Reader

The Nextgen Reader RSS feed app for Windows Phone got updated today with a few new features and bug fixes, but the app is also on sale for the next three days. You can grab it for just $2.49, compared to its usual $2.99 price tag.

Here's what's new in this 6.5 version:

  • Open links in UC Browser.
  • Open YouTube videos in Tubecast app.
  • Open Folders as list of feeds or list of articles.
  • Easily change open method i.e. tap the three dots and select "load full article for this feed".
  • Many other improvements and bug fixes.

Nextgen Reader is also available for Windows 8.1 and is a universal app, which means if you buy the Windows Phone version you get the Windows 8.1 app for free, and vice-versa. There's also a free trial version available to download.

Thanks to Gunjan and Rajat for the tips!
