Don’t adjust your spell checkers folks, ‘Trendify’ could be the next buzz we've all been looking for. Nokia India has posted a new video showing off the more affordable Lumia 510.

It’s all fun and games during the segment but getting down to business they are touting the Lumia 510’s social side. During the video we’re seeing all kinds of crazy hand to hand kissing going on during the little video, check it after the break.

It looks like Nokia is still pushing ahead with some low-end phones to compete with the likes of Android, especially in China.

News has come forward this morning that a new device caledl ‘Lumia 510’ has just passed certification in China. The specs aren’t anything eye catching for obvious reasons but it should sell well if priced right:

  • 4 "LCD screen, 5MP
  • 120.7 x 64.9 x 11.51 (mm), 129 (g)
  • GSM-WCDMA-HSPA
  • 800MHz MSM7227A + 256MB RAM + Windows Phone 7.5/7.8

No word on exact release date though we’re sure more information will come forward shortly. What’s interesting is that the device is running Windows Phone 7.5 and will get the 7.8 upgrade but alas, no Windows Phone 8.

iPAQ 510 Coming soon

Gadgetorama has been keeping a close eye on the HP Store's iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger page and noticed that the availability is now listed as "coming soon." Good news, that. The 510 is one of two new iPAQs that are designed around VOIP - for $319.99 you get a quad-band edge with the usual Windows Mobile 6 Standard amenities - plus some really elegant VOIP solutions. Basically the new iPAQs show up as standard SIP phones on your office's network, meaning that if your office is already using VOIP these little jobbers are basically plug'n'play with your network.

We had the briefest of glimpses of the iPAQ during the 3GSM Conference.

HP's Home and Home Office website (their US consumer online store) is now listing the iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger as Coming Soon. The price is listed as $319.99 USD.
