Gravity Badgers is a physics-based arcade game that has you guiding a team of space badgers across 140 challenging levels of game play.

The story line has Captain T. Bayback traveling to the deadly depths of space to save his friends and family from the threat of the deadly Evil Honey Badgers. You duck and dodge asteroids and planet to eventually face pesky game bosses.

Available for low-memory devices, Gravity Badgers menus take a little getting used to but the game comes across as fun Windows Phone title to pass the time with.

While the launch of Microsoft's Xbox One console was recently delayed in China, the Japanese launch came and went earlier this month with little fanfare. Xbox consoles have always struggled to gain consumer support in Nippon, and the Xbox One is no different. Still, the Japanese availability creates the opportunity for more types of software to be created, which non-Japanese consumers can choose to import or download.

The first Japan-exclusive Xbox One game Chaos;Child launched alongside the system. It even has a free demo that non-Japanese players can get without much effort. Meanwhile, two more Japanese games were recently announced at TGS: Raiden V, the latest in the venerable shoot 'em up series, and 'Azito X Tastunoko Chronicles,' a simulation game. These join Sega's already-announced Puyo Puyo Tetris. Read on to learn more about the upcoming Japanese Xbox One games and how to get the Chaos;Child demo!

Viking: The Adventure is a Windows Phone platform game where you guide one of three Viking explorers to uncharted lands in a quest to find fortunes in gold.

Available for low-memory devices and Windows 8 devices, the game has over thirty gaming levels full of monsters to battle and gold to collect. On-screen controls aren't too shabby and overall, Viking: The Adventure isn't a bad Windows Phone game to pass the time with but a few bugs hold this game back.

Having recently published a roundup of horror games coming to Xbox One and 360 next month, it's time to look at another batch of upcoming games. This time we turn our eyes and hearts to three distinct games from French publisher Focus Home Interactive.

Later this month, Focus will release Crimes & Punishments: Sherlock Holmes for Xbox One and 360 at retail. Then in October, Styx: Master of Shadows will sneak onto Xbox One and other platforms. Finally, the off-the-wall Kinect shooter Blue Estate is due out on Xbox One shortly after that. With adventure and investigations, stealth and action, and motion-based shooting, that's quite a diverse spread of games. Read on for plenty of details and trailers!

Incredible Toys is a Windows Phone action/adventure game where you help a collection of toy heroes survive a journey through Toy World. Game play is along the lines of an action runner game with some RPG features. Graphics are nice with a slight children's storybook feel. I will say while gaming controls are simple, they can be a little stubborn at times.

Incredible Toys is not available for low-memory devices (not sure why) and while Incredible Toys has appeal, I'm not sure if it's strong enough to be a go-to title for your gaming library.

Next month will be a landmark time for horror games. Sega and the Creative Assembly have Alien: Isolation, a game inspired by the first Alien film, on the way on October 7. Just one week later, Bethesda and Tango Software will unleashed The Evil Within, the long-awaited return to horror from Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami. Both games are due out on Xbox One and 360, so our last-gen brothers need not miss out on the scares.

With both games drawing near, the publishers are keeping them in the spotlight with new information and trailers. Alien: Isolation will be getting post-launch DLC for six months in the form of challenging new Survivor mode missions, we recently found out. As for The Evil Within, I recently had the opportunity to play the game and experience its disturbing atmosphere. Continue reading for detailed impressions and a look at both games' new trailers!

Earlier this month, Activision announced a new Ninja Turtles game for Xbox 360 and other consoles called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Danger of the Ooze. The game will be a single-player exploration-based action platformer, and comes from fan favorite developer WayForward Technologies.

As a lifelong Turtles fan, I was thrilled to see the license paired up with a skilled developer like Wayforward. We promised some special coverage of the game would be forthcoming, so here it is: our exclusive interview with Tomm Hulett of WayForward and Director of Danger of the Ooze. Read on to learn how the game will play, what Turtles touches it will feature, and lots more!
