Forza Horizon 4 may get Halo crossover event, features Warthog and ring
The Forza Horizon 4 and Halo crossover event looks glorious.

Forza Horizon 4 is the latest entry in Playground Games' gorgeous open-world racing series. The title takes place in Britain and features many innovations like a shared world, seasons, and even a 60 FPS mode on Xbox One X. However, what about some of the more wacky additions to this year's entry?
According to a leaked image, it looks like Forza Horizon 4 will feature a proper Halo event. You'll be able to dress up as the Master Chief and drive a Warthog through a treacherous maze of explosions and other dangers. In previous Forza Horizon games, you've just been able to drive the Warthog through the normal city streets and countryside. This time around we're seeing a proper crossover event with a stunning Halo ring in the background. As with any such leak, treat it with a grain of salt until we have official confirmation.
GameZone (opens in new tab) managed to obtain a screenshot showcasing what part of the course looks like. Aside from the ring, you can see various other "Covenant" objects which are meant to be obstacles. The outlet added that you'll have to drive a Warthog to an extraction point in order to avoid a massive nuclear explosion. "Pelicans" and "Banshees" will be flying in the air, doing various stunts and possibly engaging in combat.
This definitely seems like the ultimate Halo crossover. After reading about it, we sort of want a Halo racing game with such features. We'll keep you posted as soon as we know more. It's unclear if the Halo event will launch with the game in late September or be added at a later date.

The hot wheels expansion was pretty awesome in my opinion.
