Funny--- You might wanna head on over to XDA developers and get yourself a version Esmertec Jbed Java for that treo 750... I've been uploading pix to my Myspace account thru Opera 4.1 on my dusty, trusty Treo 700wx. I know if THAT thing can do it, then so can yours.

One neat thing - when I loaded Opera Mini on my Q9h it offered to throw a shortcut into the start menu!

@starrwulfe is correct, Esmertec Jbed Java is crucial for using any Java app on WM as it has more robust and stable behavior.

I suspect that I am missing something. I had downloaded Teashark after seeing a review here and found that my querty keyboard was not recognized. I really don't care how great it works. If I have to punch in letters on the dialpad as if I had a normal telephone the program has zero advantage as far as I am concerned. I saw the Opera review and decided to give that a try. I found the same thing. Am I simply mis-using the program? I hope so. If not, I just don't get it. What good is a faster, cooler, program that does not recognize a querty keyboard? Otherwise, why did we get these things in the first place?

@ pedalboy>> What device are you using? Try asking folks on the forums here and I'm sure we can solve the problem you're having (or at least tell you why you can't use your keyboard)

Thanks. I am using a Blackjack II. -
I too have the BlackjackII and found that in order to enter text you have to press the center button once in the text entry field. Then you should be able start typing.

This is interesting. I was told that the Esmertec would not work on Treo 700wx. Palm can no longer license the IMB Java environment. Even though I was able to download an illegit copy I have no idea how to install it on the 700wx.
So, I'm out of luck on installing an Opera Mini browser. Pretty frustrating.
