Cleartrip is one of the more popular travel websites in India, which allows booking of flight and train tickets as well as hotels. Since several years now, Cleartrip has had a solid Windows Phone app with continuous updates coming in now and then.
The company has now launched their new app for desktops, laptops, and tablets running Windows 10. While it looks like a universal app, it's not yet available on Windows 10 Mobile, and the older Windows Phone 8.1 app is served there.
The app is also limited in features, and only allows you to book domestic and international flights. There's no option for hotel or train bookings, and neither Cleartrip Activities, their latest offering for city indulgences. These all are available on the existing Windows Phone 8.1 app.
The app though has a clean and uncluttered UI, something that Cleartrip is known for across Web and mobile. I'm hoping Cleartrip will integrate all its services on the new app, and also make it available on Windows 10 Mobile devices. Give it a whirl, and let us know how you like it.
