Microsoft will promote ID@Xbox games during May with special discounts

Microsoft has announced that, starting May 3, it will launch the ID@Xbox Game Fest. The month-long celebration is supposed to put a bigger spotlight on the many smaller indie games that are being made for the Xbox One and Windows 10.

In a post on the Xbox Wire, Microsoft stated:

Each week in May, we'll be highlighting a new batch of very special games, including some brand-new releases that we're super-excited to show you. Each week's selection of ID@Xbox titles will feature a specific theme, along with additional creator spotlight content and special discounts for our fans.

The first week, from May 3-9, will center on discovering new and different games that are a part of the ID@Xbox program, From May 10-16, the spotlight will fall on its free-to-play games, and May 17-23 will take a look at the games that are a part of the Xbox Preview Program. Finally, May 24-30 will take a look at the most popular games in the ID@Xbox program like Rocket League, The Escapists and more.
