AT&T Pure doesn't have 3.5mm headphone jack

Sorry, folks. Those of you holding out hope that the AT&T Pure would have a 3.5mm headphone jack appear to be out of luck. At least that's the case for the one spied early by Tilt Mobility.

Other news: Windows mobile 6.5 is on board, talk time is rated at 5 hours, with 15 days of standby. It's running TouchFLO 3D 2.1 out of the box.

  • I hope that the Tilt 2 doesn't turn out to the neutered like this. This might just make me look harder into actually switching carriers :-/ Jason
  • Looks like it's an unlocked Omnia II for me then.
  • Well this makes it look like the Tilt 2 will also not have a 3.5mm jack. Thats a bummer.
  • This will definitely be a huge mistake with AT&T. Without the 3.5mm Headphone jack I will be forced to just continue to use my old Tilt or buy a Fuze. They definitely have concentrated too much on the iPhone.
  • With the existence of bluetooth headsets... and the 3.5 daptor, I know rationally, that the lack of the 3.5 shouldn't be a deal breaker... ...but I sure do love the old-school simplicity of the 3.5 in my TP2. I can actially use my spare ER6i earbuds at work on the fly. It's just handy.
  • this is a real bummer. i mean ill still get the phone but what headphone jack does this phone have then?
