When is 8.1+ cyan update coming in India?
I'm selling my WP anyways, too much bug & lag now, not the WP what it used to be, what it used to stand for..

Then sell it and move on, no need of spamming the comment section with brainless queries in an unrelated article.

No one cares, if you sell your WP.
Stop Spamming! Stick to the article.
I'm happy the Etisalat app came to WP. I use Etisalat, whenever I go to the UAE.

No one is responsible if you yourself made your phone worse. I've a 520 (DP 8.1) and I'm content with it. Loaded with tons of apps and huge games (in 64GB SD) and I never saw any recognizable "bug and lag" that would make me abandon the platform.
And, no need to spam the comments section, just remember to close the door on the way out.

Do you know how to read? didnt you read the terms when you installed the DP update? Everybody knows that there are lots of bugs on it.  And by the way have you read your own MS india news? Check it out and stop bugging the forums with the same question over and over it´s getting anoying.

Yeah, I remember Kenya was in talks for providing carrier billing partnered with Microsoft Africa. They need to come out with support for more countries. Many of my WP friends can't buy apps due to lack of credit/debit cards. I've helped them in some cases using mine but that's not always convenient :/
Wish it comes in India soon...

The app is beautiful! Please devs who just port! Take notes and get of your a**es..and embrace your apps with Morden design!!!

Sorry mate, I didn't see much Modern design elements in this app. Except for the plain and colourful tile like icons. Or, is it just me ???

Airtel have two different apps in the marketplace but none seems to be working for Airtel Nigeria so my guess will be that those apps are for only those in the middle east.

As always Etisalat is lame.. installed the app and immediately says "Etisalat UAE mobile app is currently not available for the software version installed on your device; we are working on it and will be available soon"

The app is listed for both Windows Phone 8 and 8.1 on the Store. I am running 1520 with WP8.1.

Go figure.

True, the usual Etisalat crap. Some of the worst people I've ever seen. They have multimillion accounts yet can't afford to build a proper app for any platform. They all feel like cheap $100 DIY apps.

In Pakistan, Mobilink is giving carrier billing, Recently Microsft has mad an agreement with mobilink to provide carrier billing to windows phone users in Pakistand and Now users can purchase apps through their credit.
