While few of us at Windows Central have experienced odd noises with our Xbox One X units, personally I've heard loud fan noises when the Xbox is under heavy load, particularly when running less optimized games.
Forum user CookiesAndCoke has reported that he's hearing humming and buzzing sounds coming from his fresh Xbox One X, and we wondered if you'd heard similar.
For the most part, I've found that my Xbox One X is completely silent, even when running tasking games in 4K resolution.
