While HTC and Phones4U make a difference (opens in new tab) in the UK, we have Telenor, Norway's largest carrier, advertising the HTC Radar in a Norwegian newspaper. The photo above, sent in by a reader, shows the HTC Radar (opens in new tab) available on contract. Looking at the Telenor website, we can see the Radar is also available unlocked for 3,099kr (£349).
