@LumiaHelp is the new Twitter handle for official Lumia and Nokia device support

As Microsoft prepares for the release of Windows 10 Mobile, it looks like it is shaking up branding for at least one support account. The official @WinPhoneSupport account announced that it will be closing "shortly," directing users to the new @LumiaHelp account. From @WinPhoneSupport:

"Closing this account shortly, we are now answering all your questions from our new home @LumiaHelp #LumiaLove"

So, if you have any queries for Microsoft's support staff for Lumia and Nokia-branded handsets from here on out, you're going to want to ping @LumiaHelp on Twitter from now on.

  • Thank you!
  • I thought they were windows mobile not windows phone....who understand Microsoft
  • That is probably the point. They are just supporting windows mobile separately and their own hardware brand on its own. Roll the Windows Phone brand will be obsolete when they release Windows 10 mobile.
  • I am very impressed with this information for lumia mobile.Great work. online college essay help
