The new Microsoft Lumia 640 comes with a respectable sounding 8MP camera on the back. It's a step up in resolution from its predecessor, the Lumia 630, and despite no Pureview or Zeiss lens, it does have the benefit of the latest Lumia Camera 5 software.
We're in the process of putting together a full review, but since the camera is a popular point of conversation, we've put together a very quick sample gallery for everyone to have a look at.
These images were all taken in the stock Lumia Camera application with Rich Capture turned on. Otherwise, nothing else was done, though the images have been resized a little for uploading to the site.
