MSFT updates the Windows Phone website, adds Nokia Lumia line-up

Not sure when it happened but Microsoft has updated their "Buy" section (opens in new tab) of the Windows Phone website (opens in new tab). The Nokia Lumia 710 and 800 are now listed along with the Samsung Focus, HTC Arrive and other First and Second Generation Windows Phones.

Along with the general information the individual listings also have "check price" links for the various countries the phones are heading to. So far all you can do is submit your email to be notified when the new phones become available but it's a start.

Oh...one nice thing about having most of the Windows Phones listed on the Windows Phone site is the ability to compare models side by side. You can check and see how the Lumia 710, Samsung Focus Flash and HTC Radar compare to see which one to set your sights on.

Thanks goes out to Nataku4ca for the tip!

  • but can americans order?
  • Nope, even though it is highlighted on the en-us site haha. Microsoft and Nokia screwed up this awesome opportunity they had in pretty much every way. They released an N9 light, and a budget device.. Iphone 4s left a huge door open and they slammed it in their own faces.
  • I wouldn't write MSFT off just yet. I realize I'm a little partial towards Windows Phone but the future still looks bright.
  • I agree George, Mango is amazing but the OEM's including Nokia did nothing but hurt that momentum. Hopefully it will get better but I have no idea why theY released the far superior N9 just before the 800 unless they wanted to make the 800 look really bad.
  • Well the problem with that is there's still time between the showing and releases. If you show a product that isn't done or still a ways away from release, the hype will most likely die down before the release and it will be a product that's DOA.I still think Nokia's got some things up their sleeve.
  • Just compared the Focus S, TITAN and Lumia 800 side by side. Nokia clearly has the superior design. All that's missing is that front-facing camera.
  • It is listed in the middle of Nokia World day 1.
  • Did my Comparison. Looks like I will have to get the Nokia 800. Soon as I require an upgrade.
  • I just wish there was more Gen 2 loving for Australia.. there's not been ANY word from any of the 3 carriers.. they've all just got last years phones STILL
