Over the past few years, The Game Awards essentially has become the equivalent of The Academy Awards for the gaming industry. Each year, the show honors the biggest titles of the year and features a number of surprise announcements as well.
The Game Awards 2017 will be no different, and we're expecting it to be even bigger than it was in 2016. The show will kick off right away tonight at 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET (find your local time here), and you can watch the whole thing on Mixer right here.
Of course, the stream will also be available to watch on YouTube and Twitch. Tuning in on Mixer while logged in to your Microsoft account, however, will reward you with some mystery MixPot rewards on your Xbox One. And don't forget: Microsoft has discounted a lengthy list of Xbox games to celebrate the show.
What are you hoping to see at this year's Game Awards?
