Popular weather app AccuWeather is receiving an update that heralds the arrival of a feature that a number of users are sure to enjoy: a dark theme. As you can see in the screenshots below, the dark theme — which is available on both Windows 10 desktop and Windows 10 Mobile — contrasts pretty heavily with AccuWeather's usual bright white color palette.
The update also brings a new lock screen slide show feature for those on PCs and tablets, along with some other minor improvements. Here's the full breakdown:
- Enabled Dark Theme
- Enabled Lock Screen slide show (PC/Tablet only)
- Localization enhancements
- Bug fixes
- Performance enhancements
Be sure to shout out in the comments below and let us know what you think of the dark theme after you've given it a shot.
