Bethesda has announced the long-awaited next entry in its The Elder Scrolls role-playing series – titled "The Elder Scrolls IV." Unveiled at Bethesda's E3 2018 showcase, the game is currently in pre-production, with only a brief teaser of what to expect.

Featured below, The Elder Scrolls VI reveal trailer features a single shot, panning over vibrant highland. As the first mainline game in the series since 2011's The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the title is expected to be a major release for the publisher.

Little is currently known about The Elder Scrolls IV, without a release window or details on availability. Only being in pre-production, expect to wait a few years before playing yourself.
