Laptops are experiencing something of a renaissance these days, so it's not surprising to hear that some of us have personal favorites when it comes to laptop makers. There's a whole market of laptop manufacturers, from the likes of Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Huawei, Razer, and plenty more.

My personal favorites are Microsoft and Dell, both of which make excellent, high end laptops with the Surface Book and XPS 13.
