Microsoft regularly releases wallpaper packs, and they often feature dogs in seasonal attire. Near the beginning of Summer, MIcrosoft released a wallpaper pack of dogs in sunglasses that was quite popular.

Applying the wallpaper pack is easy. Once you get it through the Microsoft Store, you can click "Apply" on the wallpaper pack's listing. This will take you to your wallpaper settings inside the Settings app. You can also find the setting by going to the Settings app, clicking on personalization, and selecting "themes."
