FastBall 2 bounces in as today's myAppFree Deal

FastBall 2 is a fast-paced arcade game that has you guiding a red, bouncy ball across a series of platform levels. The Windows Phone game has 155 levels to tackle that are spread across five level packs. Each platform level will have a series of deadly obstacles that you will need to avoid by bouncing your ball over them.

Graphics are simple, gameplay challenging and overall FastBall 2 is a fun time waster of a game. It typically runs $1.99 in the Windows Phone Store but over the next twenty-four hours, through the myAppFree Deal, you can pick up FastBall 2 free.

FastBall 2 isn't an overly-complicated Windows Phone game, but that doesn't mean it's without challenges. The 155 platform levels are spread across five level packs and as you advance through the game the gameplay becomes noticeably more intense.

The goal of the game is to guide a red bouncy ball across an obstacle-riddled platform. The ball's forward motion is automatic and your job is to bounce the ball over these obstacles to allow the ball to safely reach the platform's exit point. Tapping the game screen will bounce your ball and timing is the key to success.

To help mix things up a little, some platforms move left-to-right, some move right-to-left, and other will change directions in mid-stream. Obstacles range from objects you have to bounce over to pits you have to jump across.

  • My goodness! I haven't played this in ages!! It was one of the first games I ever installed way back in the day when I got my samsung focus. Glad to see it getting some promotion. I love this game and I definitely recommend you give it a try.

  • Pretty sure I'm not the only one to read that as "Fallout 2" lol
  • Indeed!
  • It remembered me of bounce and bounce 2.... That little red bouncy ball.... This is close to it.
  • I see two same apps. Same name, size, editor. One rated and another new taking about myAppFree. Weird.
  • Other one is really free with ads. Other one is suppose to be not free but today it's free. Not weird.
  • Enhanced version of 'Bounce' game found in Nokia feature phones. I love it!
