How to get the legendary 'Eridian Fabricator' weapon in Borderlands 3
(Nearly) unlimited loot... if you have the Eridium.
Remember that awesome gun that could shoot out other guns in Borderlands 3 trailers? That was the Eridian Fabricator. Don't go out of your way looking for it under every dead body, though. There's only one way to acquire it, and you'll need to nearly complete the game in order to do so.
Without spoiling it, the Eridian Fabricator is a mission reward for one of the final missions in Borderlands 3. Up until that point, there's no way to come across it.
All weapons created from the Eridian Fabricator will be the same level as your character, so you don't need to worry about getting anything underpowered and useless or getting a weapon that you can't even use for several more levels. And don't worry, there will never be any common weapons.
Because the Eridian Fabricator is powered by Eridium, you'll want to be on the lookout for purple rock clusters of the substance around the map or collect dead Clatrap parts and translate Eridian writings. These are the easiest and quickest ways to earn Eridium. The Eridian Fabricator takes ten Eridium every time you want to use it, and produces ten guns as a result, varying in rarity.
It can't be used in combat, but it's a cool "weapon" nonetheless. Just make sure you save up enough Eridium to use it, and don't waste all of it on a randomized literal loot shooter. Eridium can also be used to purchase anointed gear at Crazy Earl's shop on Sanctuary.
