AltspaceVR is gearing up to host another monthly virtual town hall on May 10. The event will once again be hosted by Microsoft HoloLens inventor and head of the company's mixed reality team Alex Kipman, along with AltspaceVR's head of engagement, Keegan Law.
Like previous monthly town hall events, May's will take place in AltspaceVR, and attendees will get to ask their burning questions about AltspaceVR, Microsoft, mixed reality, and more.
AltspaceVR is a virtual social platform that hosts dozens of community events every month. Microsoft acquired the platform and its team in October, touting its potential for its ability to play host to worldwide virtual events over the internet. At the time, Microsoft's push with Windows Mixed Reality was just getting started, and AltspaceVR was a big get for the platform's growing lineup.
If you're interested in attending, you can RSVP for the town hall at AltspaceVR. As for how to attend, AltspaceVR is available for Windows Mixed Reality headsets, Daydream, HTC Vive, Samsung Gear VR, and Oculus Rift. If you don't have a headset, you can also view events from your phone.
