4 in 1 Fitness Pushups, Situps, Squats and Pullups is your myAppFree Deal of the Week

4 in 1 Fitness Pushups, Situps, Squats and Pullups is a Windows Phone fitness app that may have one of the longest titles in the genre. It is also a fitness app that will appeal to those just starting out getting into shape as well as those who have already been bitten by the fitness bug.

As you might guess, 4 in 1 Fitness focuses on four exercises, push-ups, sit-ups, squats and pull-ups. It also has a diet plan to help you count those calories. Normally priced at $5.99, 4 in 1 Fitness is also this week's myAppFree deal where you can pick the Windows Phone app up for free.

4 in 1 Fitness is designed for incremental training to gain muscular endurance and strength in a short span of time. The fitness app has an audio coach to tell you when to exert and when to rest and each workout session lasts 15-20 minutes. The entire program spans nine weeks with three tasks per week.

In just tinkering with 4 in 1 Fitness for a short time, the Windows Phone fitness app comes across as an easy to use fitness title that should be appealing to most. If you have been on the fence about picking up this Windows Phone app because of the price, now is your chance to save a boatload of cash.

Please note that it may take a little while before this deal shows up in the myAppFree app due to the various time zones. However, I am showing the deal as already reflective in the Windows Phone Store.

  • Is better than 7 minutes workout?
  • Get ripped
  • 6 week training app. The best of the best. Try it.
  • I'm just starting... For real this time. I'll try this program out
  • You just have to like it. For me, Xbox Fitness on Xbox One works the best. I just finished two 10-minute programs.
  • Seems to be a solid app, but I'd like its UI to look less like iOS. Will give it a spin later on.
  • 7 minute workout charges for everything
  • Thanks devs and George P.
  • We really need MyAppFree for Windows 8.1 Modern UI PC.
  • Getting it! Might be fun to use and shake up my training regiment a bit. OT: anyone know why this and other app links always take me to the en-gb app store instead of en-us (I'm in the US)?
  • Seems stronger
  • This isn't the Chive like app that broke phones in the past is it? You know the one where a factory reset was the only solution?
  • Figures. Just bought this. Crap. 1.01 with tax I will NEVER get back....
  • It's requiring to follow them up on Facebook just to get access to the diet and you usually have to pay 6 bucks for that when there's a free 6 Week Training app?! Uninstalled right away!
  • I download every app that's free from myappfree. Lol
  • Runtastic's app are better with custom workout plans for each level, so you don't start out with 13 pull-ups.... I mean, who can do that?
  • For example this one: http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=46470853-963c-4a12-9851-765fbf993fdf
  • I like myAppFree :)
  • Not able to find this app in store?
