Arbor Solution has announced a new rugged Windows tablet for commercial customers, the Gladius G1052C. The G1052C is upgradeable to Windows 10, though it features support for Windows Embedded 7, Windows 7 Professional, Windows Embedded Standard 8.0, Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro, and Windows 8.1 Professional.
The Gladius G1052C features a 10.4-inch display, and is powered by an Intel Celeron quad-core processor. It has 2GB of RAM and a 32GB mSATA SSD. The Gladius has an integrated 1D/2D barcode scanner, RFID/NFC reader, and a magnetic stripe reader. The tablet meets Military Standard 810G, and features an IP54 dust and water resistance rating.

Rugged computers always seem to be a few years out of date. People who need them are stuck with whatever is available, though.
That is stretched out of proportion. Whoever mocked that up needs shooting.
I have priced out Gladius pc's in the past and they were insanely expensive.
Used a W7 version of this during a pilot test for work. Absolutely hated it. Barcode scanner rarely worked. Touch screen was off constantly. Wifi dropped even when standing directly under the router. We ended up ditching them. Trying to talk them into looking at getting some Surfaces.
Whenever I open the store, I says server stumbled and the store crashes.
