GameStop's Cyber Monday game deals are elite — get Battlefield 6, Borderlands 4, and more that aren’t the usual bargain‑bin scam

When looking for discounts on the latest and greatest video games during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, many players tend to shop in major digital storefronts like Loaded (formerly CDKeys), Fanatical, Steam, or the official store of their platform of choice.

However, what many don't realize is that on occasion, you can find the best deals by going with physical copies of games sold at traditional retailers. And that is precisely the case with GameStop right now, which is offering both the Xbox Series X|S and PS5 versions of four of 2025's biggest games for a full 50% off each, with both delivery and in-store pickup available.

That list includes the hugely popular Battlefield 6 selling for just $35 at GameStop — half of its $69.99 MSRP — along with Borderlands 4, Assassin's Creed Shadows, and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (though Metal Gear is actually going for $30 at Amazon, an even lower price). These deals will only last through Sunday OR until GameStop's stock runs out, though, so take advantage before they're gone.

Four of the best Cyber Monday game deals I've seen, period

Getting a game as massive as Battlefield 6 for 50% off just a month and a half after its launch is truly an incredible steal. (Image credit: Electronic Arts)

From ARC Raiders to Elden Ring, there are plenty of amazing Cyber Monday game deals out there right now. These ones from GameStop — and Amazon's even better discount on the Xbox version of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater — are arguably the best of them all, as none of these games have ever sold for lower prices than this.

The markdowns on Battlefield 6 and Borderlands 4 are particularly wild, as the former is the best-selling game of 2025 and an incredibly hot multiplayer title, while the latter is the year's largest co-op game and was one of the last highlights of the summer. Assassin's Creed Shadows had a big launch in spring as well, and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remakes one of the most beloved early-2000s games there is.

I'd be shocked if you find any of these games selling for lower prices than this in the foreseeable future, so if one or more of these games interest you and you play on either Xbox Series X|S or PS5, you should 100% pull the trigger on one or more of these deals. Just be sure to do so ASAP, as they're going away once the weekend ends.

FAQ

How long will GameStop's Cyber Monday sale last?

Though it's now best thought of as a Cyber Monday sale since Black Friday is over, GameStop's sale is scheduled to end once Sunday is over according to a social media post from the retailer. However, these deals will also disappear once GameStop runs out of stock, which could happen even sooner. Therefore, it's best to pull the trigger sooner rather than later.

What day is Cyber Monday 2025?

Cyber Monday starts on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, but, as with Black Friday, it has already begun appearing as the theme for deals at certain retailers. While its discounts are generally restricted to the day itself, some deals may extend into Tuesday and beyond.

When does Cyber Monday start on Amazon?

Cyber Monday has already started on Amazon US, with its promotional messaging shifting away from Black Friday in the early hours of Saturday morning, on November 29, 2025, and is expected to last until the end of Monday, December 1, 2025.
