Xbox and PC players, here's an overview of everything Summer Game Fest 2026 had in store for you.
While this weekend's biggest event for Xbox fans is Sunday's Xbox Games Showcase, that doesn't mean that other Summer Game Fest presentations don't have things for users of Microsoft's consoles and its wider gaming ecosystem to look forward to, too. Indeed, there's the big annual Summer Game Fest show itself, run by The Game Awards and hosted by none other than the one and only Geoff Keighley.
Summer Game Fest is officially live now, and for the next two hours, will feature announcements, reveals, trailers, gameplay, and more for tons of games coming soon to players around the world. Naturally, many of those titles will be available on Xbox or PC — and below, you'll find an overview of all of them, updated live as I watch the show alongside all of you.
So, without further ado, here's an extensive look at every Xbox and PC game that's been announced during Summer Game Fest 2026.

Resident Evil Veronica
Summer Game Fest started off with quite a bang, with Capcom announcing Resident Evil Veronica — what appears to be a remake of 2000's Resident Evil: Code Veronica. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and other platforms in 2027.
Cuphead is back with two new games
The creators of the beloved boss battle-focused action platformer Cuphead, Studio MDHR, are back with two new games on the way! The first is a new hand-drawn and animated sequel to the original Cuphead, while the second is an 8-bit arcadey title called Mighty Cuphead Adventure.
Alien Isolation 2
Alien Isolation 2, a sequel to the beloved stealth horror game that got teased one month ago, got a full trailer during Summer Game Fest. It's headed to Xbox, PC, and other platforms, though it doesn't have a release date yet.
gen ATLAS
gen ATLAS, the upcoming mech-themed game from GenDesign — a team comprised of Fumito Ueda and other veteran developers of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus — got a second trailer during Summer Game Fest that's giving some serious Dune vibes. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and more.
Blood Message
This upcoming single player story-driven action-adventure game from 24 Entertainment and NetEase Games was first announced last year, and got another trailer during today's Summer Game Fest show with a close look at the game's dark, moody tone. We know it's coming to PC and "consoles," which hopefully includes Xbox.
Stranger Than Heaven gets its release date
RGG Studio's next game Stranger Than Heaven got a release date reveal at Summer Game Fest, with the Yakuza developer confirming it's scheduled to come to Xbox, PC, and PS5 on January 15, 2027. Notably, it's going to feature Tupac as a character in the story.
HAEX
From studio Dead Astronaut comes HAEX, an open-world survival shooter for 1-4 players that's coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. It takes place in "the sub-arctic north" where scientists investigating a mysterious anomaly went missing, and will task you with surviving in "an alien-scarred wilderness."
The Mortal Shell 2 open beta is live now
The open beta test for the long-awaited sequel to the popular Motal Shell Soulslike, Mortal Shell 2, is now available to play on Steam. Developer Cold Symmetry and publisher Playstack announced the news with a new trailer at Summer Game Fest.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin
Paramount Games is teaming up with the legendary action RPG developer PlatinumGames for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. "In a future, battle-ravaged New York City, a lone surviving Turtle embarks on a seemingly hopeless mission seeking justice for the family he lost."
Gundam: Rogue Orbit
The legendary mecha series Gundam is getting a new game from Bandai Namco called Gundam: Rogue Orbit. Not much is known about it at present, but it looks like it's going to deliver plenty of high-octane mech-based action against fearsome otherworldly beasts when it does arrive.
Crossfire
From That's No Moon — a team of veteran developers from Naughty Dog, Bungie, and other studios — comes Crossfire, a new stealth-action single player adventure featuring two operators on opposite sides that must cooperate in order to survive a lethal alien threat. It's coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC (on Steam and Epic), and PS5.
Guild Wars 3
The classic and extremely popular MMO series Guild Wars is finally getting a third game with Guild Wars 3, a brand new title that's coming to both PC and PS5. The beta for the game is scheduled to begin in 2027.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is coming this October
The highly anticipated Star Wars racing game coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5 officially has a release date of October 6, 2026. Its developers announced it today alongside an official story trailer for the title.
Virtua Fighter Crossroads
The next Virtua Fighter project finally got a formal announcement at Summer Game Fest with an announcement trailer. It's titled Virtua Fighter Crossroads, and is slated to come out at some point in 2027. Notably, after the Summer Game Fest show, there will be a showcase that goes over the game in more detail.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is coming to Xbox this year
RuneScape: Dragonwilds, the 2025 survival crafting game set in the RuneScape universe, is coming to Xbox on September 15 later this year after being exclusive to PC and PS5 since its launch.
1666 Amsterdam
SAW: Genesis
We got to see some pre-alpha footage of SAW: Genesis, a new 3v1 multiplayer horror game set in the same universe as the beloved film series. It's being developed by Bloober Team, and is coming to PC via Steam.
Star Wars: Zero Company
One of this year's most exciting new games is Star Wars: Zero Company, a story-driven tactics game set in the Clone Wars era of the iconic sci-fi series. It got a fresh trailer at Summer Game Fest that showed off gameplay and cinematics while also reaffirming its August 27, 2026 release date. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5.
The Blood of Dawnwalker
Bandai Namco's vampiric dark fantasy RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker got a new trailer at Summer Game Fest as well; this one features a mix of both cinematic footage and gameplay. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5 on September 3.
Among Us Story: On Guard
The fan-favorite party game Among Us is getting a story-driven spinoff called Among Us Story: On Guard. You can wishlist it on Steam now.
Monster Hunter Wilds' "Ascendance" announced
"A massive expansion" for Monster Hunter Wilds called Ascendance has been announced with a beautiful new trailer. It's coming to all of the game's platforms — Xbox, PC, PS5 — in 2027.
Swords of Legends
Swords of Legends is an upcoming fantasy action RPG that seems to take heavy inspiration from FromSoftware's Soulsborne games, and got a slick trailer at Summer Game Fest that showed off a boss fight. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5.
Clutch
Forza Horizon has competition from Clutch, a new open-world racer being developed by a former Forza director that was recently unveiled, and has now gotten a trailer at Summer Game Fest. It's coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5 in Spring 2027.
Chronicles: Medieval
This upcoming medieval action game puts you in the thick of intense formation-based medieval warfare, and is coming to PC via Steam later this year in Early Access. It got a bloody and brutal new trailer today accompanied by an excellent cover of (Don't Fear) the Reaper.
Palworld is launching out of Early Access this summer
Ever since its release in early 2024, the popular creature capture game Palworld has been in Early Access. Two years later, though, it's finally coming out across Xbox, PC, and PS5 in full, with developer Pocketpair planning a "Palworld 1.0" release on July 10.
The Wolf Among Us 2 (and Remastered!)
One of Telltale Games' most acclaimed narrative adventure games, The Wolf Among Us, is officially coming in 2027 — and ahead of its release, a remaster of the original game is also scheduled to launch in Holiday 2026.
Stellar Blade: Blood Rain
We've known the acclaimed action RPG Stellar Blade is getting a sequel for a while now, though what we didn't know was its official title. Thanks to this new trailer from Summer Game Fest, though, we now know it's called Stellar Blade: Blood Rain.
