There are a lot of new Xbox One games coming next year, and we also know some first-party titles that will be available for the upcoming Xbox Series X. According to the job listing, The Initiative will develop "AAAA" games for Xbox. This probably means that they're aiming for the highest quality and will spare no expense. I'm secretly hoping for an open-world action-adventure, but considering that the studio hasn't shipped anything yet, only time will tell how it plays out. We'll keep you posted as soon as we know more. A reveal will probably take place during E3 2020.

Huge shoutout to Shinobi602 for spotting the quote.
