Live sports scoring app SofaScore is now universal on Windows 10 PC and Mobile

SofaScore, a live sports scoring app, is now a universal app built for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. With the updated app, sports fans now have a consistent experience across PC and Mobile for tracking their favorite teams.

If you're unfamiliar with SofaScore, the app allows you to keep tabs on a number of players and teams from a wide breadth of sports. Tracking is available for football (soccer), tennis, basketball, hockey, cricket, baseball and more, with coverage for specific teams and players. You can even keep track of your favorite darts and snooker players.

In any case, you can now check out the universal SofaScore on your Windows 10 PC or Mobile device by downloading it from the Windows Store. And be sure to let us know in the comments what you think if you decide to give it a shot!

Thanks to 1berto for the tip!

  • Good news !
  • For what it is, it's one of the best - if not the best app serving its purpose. A truly wonderful app!
  • Yeah! This is one of my "go to apps". It was always a good quality app, but it's good to see that the developers still care about Windows.
  • Note: It doesn't update the old Windows 8.1 app on PC, so you have to search for the new UWP in the Store (which is the same listing as the WP 8.1 app was, so it updates automatically on phones).
  • Olimpija losing is quite a disappointment... At least Valur is doing fine :D
  • Good guy Dan,writes both football and soccer to avoid senseless arguments in comments section
  • Good to see so many UWP apps comming. Bad that they dont show up in "New apps" section.
  • I agree. The store needs to "showcase" these UWP apps so it can be known that they're UWP apps. Perhaps a new category for these can be added in the short term. Cheers.
  • Not just that theyre UWP
    Mainly that they even exist.
  • My best football app
  • Awsome! Awsome! Awsome!
  • This app along with OneFootball are my go to sport apps for live scores. Both are beautifully designed.
  • You can't be more correct Posted via the Windows Central App for Android
  • Thank you for introducing this! Just what I needed.
  • This is the best app to keep up to date with sports scores
  • The best sports app
  • Ohh!! yes!! Excellent! This is one of the first apps everytime I set up a new phone.  I wanted the computer version for so long, since the days of Windows 8...and the version was very limited.  Now this is real the same app, what UWP is meant to be!  So great work for the developers of SofaScore. Since sofascore, the lack of official apps for tennis tournaments, Copa America, Euro, or any big important sport event is invisible for me. I highly recommend this app for all the platforms.
  • Awesome!!! Excited that Microsoft drops this sports app, that would work love time.. JUST INSTALLED IT!!
  • That comment makes it abundantly clear that you really were so excited that you didn't check autocorrect... :)
  • If the author of this app (or any other sports app) is reading this, is there any chance you could add coverage for NWSL (National Women's Soccer League)? None of the apps in the Windows Store cover it yet. In fact, hardly any women's sports leagues are covered at all, which is a bit pitiful.
  • Actually SofaScore already has it covered. Just go to leagues > USA and you'll see it
  • Yeah, just checked it, it's there.
  • There is several bugs on the mobile version of this app. The developers know about it. Currently a fix is due. Hopefully soon
  • Transparent tile seems to have disappeared? I cant find the option anymore amd its reverted to colour
  • I so much love this app Posted via the Windows Central App for Android

  • This is great
  • too bad both Wimbledon and Euro2016 just finished, but "Hopefully" Olympics is coming.
