Mobile World Congress 2011 & Windows Phone -- in pictures

Now that Mobile World Congress 2011 is officially over, we figured we would let you folks see some behind the scenes photos of the event, Microsoft's Windows Phone booth and some of the scenery (for scale). This year MWC had over 60,000 attendees, which was a huge increase from last year. Needless to say, it was quite the experience.

See more of the gallery after the break..

  • What case is on that HD7?
  • Speck.
  • awesome, thank you
  • Yeah, the Speck case for the HD7 was a good pick!! Nice feel and "grippy"... I went ahead and gave the Otterbox Commuter a try (bc I am such a fan of their protection) but it is a bit "slick/slippery" in your hand... I kept it on though... Great protection nonetheless, and with a Zagg screen protector, I can declare my device PROTECTED... hehehe ;)If you are a "holster/beltclip" person there are a couple that will fit the Otterbox Commuter as well (since they are a no-go on the Defender thus far... My favorite combo was the Seidio Innocase Surface combo (although I just use the clip/holster, the blue surface case is just a bonus in "case" [pardon the pun] I want to change my grip from "slick" to "grippy" again, but with a cool color and soft-touch feel)...Hope all went well in Spain, Daniel!! Looking forward to more reviews!! (I am hooked on WPCentral since getting my HD7) Now just awaiting the updates and features-to-come like the rest of the WP7 users!! :)-Siggy
  • Perfect! I'm so loving Windows Phone now. They just got to bring in frequent updates. It's actually dull without those updates that are taking forever to come. Work faster and cleaner! And those phones look pretty sweet. I love my Samsung Focus. I might transition to the Nokia builds next year if I can.
