Verizon Q9c Gets Bump to WM6.1

It's not enough the that Verizon Motorla Q9c has replaced the Q9m, now it has to parade the fact that it's just gotten the upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1. Go download it (opens in new tab).

Now that the Q9c on Verizon has joined the Q9c on Sprint in Windows Mobile 6.1 land, are there any other major stragglers left out there that need updating?

"Now that the Q9c on Verizon has joined the Q9c on Sprint in Windows Mobile 6.1 land, are there any other major stragglers left out there that need updating?" Ya, the Q9m, man this makes me mad.
  • Any reason why this would not work with the Q9m? I might have to give it a try.
  • I think it should work, actually. Give it a shot!
  • No love on the Q9m. When I tried it the update software stated that I had the most up-to-date version already installed. Bummer. I imagined it would have worked easily, I can't think of any real differences between the Q9m and the Q9c.
  • it can be done. head over to everythingq.com they have the files needed to do it. only thing is your phone will think its a 9c when installing activesync. I can't believe I am still not going to 6.1 on the m.....
  • The 6.1 is a pain in the butt! I have loaded it onto my phone and it deleted eveything I had saved on it. The big proplem I am having now is, it will not sych to my computer anymore. Can anyone help?
