Toshiba, while better known for its laptops and tablets running Windows, has also expanded out into the Android tablet space in recent years. Toshiba still offers a great variety of laptops across their Satellite, Portege, and Tecra series. They also offer tablets in various varieties, one of the most popular being the Encore series.
There of dozens of laptop models within the Satellite line, starting as low as $199 and going upwards up $999 or more. These laptops pack in plenty of hardware and feature that are sure to meet the needs of even the most hardcore users. The Portege line are Toshiba's high-end Ultrabook devices. These models vary from 8 to 13-inches and all have minimum i5-2410M processor and 4 GB of DDR3 RAM. The Tecra line is a series of business laptops that have seen numerous incarnations since first hitting the market in 1996.
One of Toshiba's most popular tablets, the Encore 2 Write, is available in both 8-inch and 10-inch models. The 8-inch model features an 8-inch screen, 2GB RAM, 64GB storage, 1-cell lithium-ion battery, 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera. The 10-inch model is sporting a 10-inch screen, 2GB RAM, 64GB storage, 2-cell lithium-ion battery, 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera.
