Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Mobile preview build 14327 to Insiders members on the Fast Ring.
It looks like this build is finally available for all smartphones that are part of the Windows 10 Mobile Insider list, including the Lumia 635 that was previously put on the list but was not taking older preview builds of the OS.
