Built on the ground-breaking 'Zen 2' architecture and 7nm process technology, the AMD Ryzen for Business portfolio delivers advanced performance, reliable security features, impressive battery life and advanced manageability to significantly elevate the capabilities of the ultrathin notebook in any work environment.
The new lineup includes the Ryzen 7 Pro 4750U, the Ryzen 5 Pro 4650U, and the Ryzen 3 Pro 4450U. Ryzen Pro 4000 series processors have up to eight cores and 16 threads. AMD states that the ryzen 7 Pro 4750U gets 33 percent better multi-threading performance than their competitors and 37 percent better overal performance in Microsoft Office applications than the previous generation of chips. The AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U delivers twice the performance per watt over the previous generation, according to AMD.

The Ryzen Pro 4000 series processors work with several security features, including AMD Memory Guard. The processors fully support Microsoft Endpoint Manager, to provide an integrated cloud management solution. The Ryzen Pro 4000 processors also have 18 months of planned software stability and 24 months of planned availability.
These new business chips come at a time when AMD's commercial line of Ryzen 4000 series processors are earning praise. Several manufacturers have announced commercial laptops running Ryzen 4000 series processors, including HP and Lenovo.
