Borderlands 3's Bloody Harvest event kicks off this week
Bloody Harvest brings players to the new spooky location of Heck.
What you need to know
- Bloody Harvest is a limited-time Halloween-themed event.
- It is free for all Borderlands 3 players.
- The event lasts from October 24th - December 5th.
The frightful festivities are about to begin. Borderlands 3's Bloody Harvest kicks off this week for a limited time. During the event, players will find new challenges and missions in a location called Heck, but they'll need to earn their way to it first.
Heck can only be accessed after collecting enough Hecktoplasm, which can be collected by killing Haunted enemies. You'll know a Haunted enemy by the glowing green aura around it. Maurice, a Saurian on Sanctuary III, will then open a portal to Heck where you can complete a set of new challenges and take on a new boss, Captain Haunt.
This event also features new weapon skins, character skins, and a new legendary shotgun called the Fearmonger. New Anointed weapons that play off of the Terror debuff some Haunted enemies inflict can also be found.
The event lasts from October 24th through December 5th, giving you over a month to make your way to Heck and defeat Captain Haunt. Plenty of time.
