FromSoftware's next big action role-playing game, Elden Ring, is on the way. While a small recent delay means it's further away than originally anticipated, players eager to dive into this mysterious new world can appease their appetites by checking out a new Elden Ring gameplay overview. You can check out the gameplay overview below:
During the gameplay overview, FromSoftware showed off some of the boss fights players will find, as well as a few different gameplay mechanics. There's a map on which players can place beacons, so you're never lost in the open world, while stealth returns from the studio's 2019 game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Multiplayer also returns, with both co-op play and invasions available.
Some players will soon get the chance to try the game out, as FromSoftware is holding an Elden Ring network test later in November for randomly selected players that signed up.
Elden Ring is currently slated to launch on Feb. 25, 2022, on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC, PS5, and PS4.
A brand new adventure
Elden Ring ... oh, Elden Ring!
