Facebook updated for Windows Phone 7

Your Windows Phone Facebook application has been updated. Version 1.1 brings support for Facebook Places and for tagging photos.
Facebook still lacks chat support and the ability to upload videos but this update is a step in the right direction.
Check your Marketplace Tile for the update on your Windows Phone or if you haven't installed the Facebook app yet, you can find it here (opens in new tab) (opens your Zune desktop).

I enjoyed finally being able to use Places on my Facebook app, but one thing i did notice when using it was a button to go to the home screen. After I checked in i had to hit the back arrow four or five times before i got to the home screen for facebook. Also, why hasn't Facebook add live tiles? Any other thoughts??

This is a nice update. Places was the first thing I missed when I switched from my Android device at launch.

Settings for Facebook is now updated as well, it allows to refresh by shaking the phone like with iPhone and also to run it even while the screen is locked. but other than that there isn't much updated they should do something about that feature when you click more feeds it sends you at a different page it will have been better if it unfolded everything from that panorama page.
