Fortnite Battle Royale gets a limited time sniper mode
If you're keen on the sniper rifle in Fortnite Battle Royale then we have good news.
Epic Games has announced a new, limited time, squad-based event known as the Sniper Shootout. It's pretty much what you'd expect, the focus being that only sniper rifles are allowed. Well, almost.
Fancy yourself a good shot? The Sniper Shootout Limited Time Mode is live right now!
P.S. You'll have revolvers for those closer engagements. pic.twitter.com/glPhBUZZCuFancy yourself a good shot? The Sniper Shootout Limited Time Mode is live right now!

Since snipers are utterly useless in close-quarters engagement you'll also be allowed to have a pistol for those moments. Health items will also still spawn on the map but otherwise, this will be all out, long-range warfare.
The new mode is set to be here until February 2, so jump in while you can. If you haven't yet played Fortnite Battle Royale, you can grab it for free on Xbox, PC, and PS4.
