General Grievous is one of the most popular Star Wars characters and today, he's joining Star Wars Battlefront II. Yes, the same Star Wars Battlefront II that ignited a microtransactions controversy which a lot of foreign governments cracked down on. According to EA, "Trained in the Jedi arts by Count Dooku himself, you'll be able to inspire fear in your enemies as you take control of the fearsome General Grievous."
Over the past few months, EA has turned the game around. It no longer features a pay-to-win microtransactions model and lets you earn gear and other cosmetics rather easily.
In Star Wars: Battlefront II, you embark on a first or third-person action experience in the acclaimed universe. Iconic characters like Darth Maul, Han Solo, and Kylo Ren make an appearance in this game, and there should be plenty of other surprises across its campaign and multiplayer modes.
