Intel’s new Core i9-12900KS doesn’t ship until later this month, but a customer claims they’ve already received one. Images show off what appears to be the new CPU in its retail packaging.

Intel will launch its first Arc GPU on March 30, 2022. The company will hold a launch event on the day to showcase the new graphics.

Intel will re-enter the discrete GPU space with its Arc graphics this year. The company expects to ship over 4 million discrete GPUs this year.

Intel will purchase chipmaker Tower in a move to expand semiconductor manufacturing. Intel’s IDM 2.0 centers around making semiconductors for other companies.
