Xbox One park-builder Jurassic World Evolution gets new in-game footage

While we don't know much about the upcoming title, given Frontier's outstanding efforts with Planet Coaster, we should expect a deep and rewarding game. That's all well and good but how does the title actually look? Today we got that answer.

On October 7, Frontier hosted its first-ever Frontier Expo, bringing over 1,000 people from the Elite: Dangerous, Planet Coaster and Jurassic World Evolution communities together for one massive event at London's Olympic Park. On stage, they revealed the first gameplay for Jurassic World Evolution, and it looks stunning.

You can take a look at the footage below.

What did you think of the video? We don't have a concrete release date for Jurassic World Evolution yet, but the game is expected to launch in Summer 2018 on Xbox One, PC, and other platforms. That's also when the movie Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is scheduled to release.

We'll keep you posted when we know more about the title, but until then enjoy the visuals and the tremendous roar of a Tyrannosaurus Rex!

  • i'm not a gamer, all video games i ever played were presents or cracked, but the only game i bought in my entire life using my own money was Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. This will be the second one.
  • I LOVED that game, and still have it. I sometimes install it back and play but the graphics are getting old. Can't wait to try this one!
  • My wife and I will likely be buying this.
