What you need to know

  • Minecraft sells a ton of additional content in their Marketplace, including maps, skins, and full-blown expansions.
  • The latest expansion is the Jurassic World DLC, which seems to feature a substantial amount of content, with 21 skins and over 60 dinosaurs.
  • The DLC sees players become the Jurassic World Park Manager, where you can craft new dinosaurs, build exhibits, train your dinosaurs, and explore the world.
  • It's available now from the Minecraft Martketplace, along with a free charactor creator item.

The newest DLC for Minecraft is Jurassic World, an official partnership that brings over 60 dinosaurs and 21 new skins to Minecraft, as well as a host of gameplay that players can dive into headfirst. It's available now from the Minecraft Marketplace, and even comes with its very own trailer, which you can watch below.

With Jurassic World, you can take control of your very own dinosaur theme park as the Park Manager, which means you can craft dinosaur species, build exhibits for them, train them, discover new dinosaur DNA, explore the world, and use your dedicated team of NPC's to tackle problems in your park as they happen. It seems to be pretty impressive.
