Popular Tetris/Lemmings hybrid 'MouseCraft' is available now on the Windows Store

MouseCraft enjoys a high score on MetaCritic for blending elements from Lemmings and Tetris to create a substantial puzzle package. The game will also be heading across to Xbox One in the near future, and when it does, the Windows versions will gain Xbox Live support, including achievements and more.

Check out the game's Xbox One and Wii-U trailer below, which should give you an idea of its diabolical gameplay:

MouseCraft is an A to B puzzle game where players help Schrödinger, the crazy cat scientist, in completing his mysterious, mice-powered invention.

Pile up Tetromino bricks to create a safe path for as many mice as possible, gather collectibles, fight enemies, use different types of blocks, blow up things and avoid environmental hazards in 80 handcrafted levels!

Main Game Features:

  • Experience a remix of two classic gameplay mechanics: Pile up Tetromino bricks to create a safe path for as many mice as possible.
  • Defeat obstacles, overcome gaps and gather collectibles by using different types of blocks, be them explosive, crumbling or even jelly ones.
  • Discover an epic tale of a crazy cat scientist who is striving to unlock the potential of a mysterious, mice-powered machine.
  • Chill out while listening to our funky soundtrack scored by Mikolai Stroinski, the composer for The Witcher 3, Dark Souls 2 and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
  • 80 hand-crafted levels across four different locations (about 6-10 hours of gameplay).

MouseCraft

MouseCraft is a cross-buy title on the Windows Store, across all versions. When the game launches on Xbox One, it'll pick up Xbox achievements and cloud saves between all Microsoft platform versions of the game as well. The game is available for $4.99 on every Windows Store, but for the next seven days, users will benefit from a -20% discount ($3.99).

  • Cross-buy means - buy it on one phone, get it on xbox and pc free? Btw 512 mb ram is also supported!
  • Yes, its working with Mobile and PC at least, dont know about Xbox? It supposed?
  • The devs are still working out if they can do cross-buy with Xbox too, stay tuned.
  • Cheers for checking, no 512mb devices around to test. :)
  • Hey there, it's Crunching Koalas, the developers of the game here! And yes, 512 MB RAM devices are also supported :). It has been quite a struggle to get all the textures to fit in the memory, but we eventually managed to do that ;).
  • Thanks for dropping by, loving the game so far. :)
  • Will buy the game when it gets xbox live support!!!
  • That's... Instresting but it's awesome, great. Posted on Lumia 930 with
    Windows 10 Mobile
  • Not a huge deal, but I ddin't get a 20% discount.
  • Hey there, it's Crunching Koalas, the developers of the game here! The lack of diiscount is weird - probably has something to do with Microsoft's discount tool, it's not really friendly for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 devices, and sometimes the discount is visible only on Windows 10 :(. Anyway- sorry to hear that! Hopefully you'll not regret spending the extra buck!
  • Thanks for the reply but, no, I did it from Windows 10. I like discounts, but I'm not gonna lose sleep over $1  :D
  • Good evening.Add Real Racing 3 please...Thanks..
  • Looks pretty awesome!
  • Thanks! Glad you like it! :)
  • I purchased this game on my Surface Book, and the game was available on all my windows 10 and windows 10 mobile devices. On my Lumia 830, I clicked on Purchase and the game was immediatly show as "you already own this game". On my Surface RT, I had to do the "leap of faith" and Enter my account password, but, then the game installed without charging me anything. So, a very good game, and very cheap considering that this game is available on all my windows 8.1 and 10 devices.
