New Star Wars Battlefront 2 trailer features John Boyega and a ton of content

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is shaping up to be a much larger experience than its predecessor. From the all-new single-player experience to a huge roster of maps and new mechanics, everything is bigger. And if there's been any doubt about that, the latest trailer for the game does a good job of proving it.

Simply called "This is Star Wars Battlefront 2," the trailer is narrated by Star Wars actor John Boyega as he takes us on a tour of everything you'll find in the game at launch. Perhaps most impressive is that EA claims Battlefront 2 will pack triple the number of locations, heroes, and vehicles over the first Battlefront game. That includes a huge roster of 18 maps spread over all three Star Wars eras.

The trailer also shows off the new class system that applies to both troops on the ground as well as vehicles. We also get a brief look at Arcade mode, where you can play split-screen with a friend, as well as the new single-player campaign.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is currently scheduled to release on November 17 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. And if you plan on picking up an Xbox One X, it looks like you can expect the game to be enhanced for Microsoft's latest console.

You can preorder Star Wars Battlefront 2 now starting at $59.99.
