Nokia will be unveiling both the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 Windows Phones in Turkey, a market that has seen little marketing carried out by Microsoft and Nokia. According to promotion material, Nokia will be holding a launch event in Turkey on November 21st, which will see both Lumias launched.
While Windows Phone has literally been absent in Turkey, it's good news to hear Nokia is preparing to tap into the market and offer strong alternatives to both the iPhone and Android handsets. It'll be interesting to see if HTC will follow suite in the region, or just how successful Nokia is by the end of the year.

*gobble gobble gobble*
Ok, ok. Lame joke.
Well they are a bit late, hope they can get their customers back. Nokia was the most loved manufacturer in Turkey but they have ignored the market for the last two years. Hope the new devices will being back all that love.
You are from turkey?! It's good to see that we have readers from every corner of the world :)
Yay! You have readers from Turkey :)
Once again I wonder, will we Venezuelans see this kind of Nokia love? I sure hope so.
I'm curious. What Windows Phone devices have you been getting in Venezuela?
Lumia 800 and 900, but only Factory Unlocked, none of the carriers here sell them under contract. Movistar has offered the iPhone under contract here since the 3G, they only skipped the 3GS. I wish them or any of the other two carriers sold the Lumia with a contract, it would be much cheaper than the unlocked ones.
Thanks for publishing news, there will be colorful days in Turkey.
I was in Turkey recently (again, go there a few times a year) and three people (two current iPhone and one Galaxy SIII users) all talked to me about the 920 (having seen me use the 900) and said they would seriously look into getting one... anecdotal, but hopefully at least slightly indicative of the potential there! :)
