Now is probably a good time to sign up as a Windows Insider

The Windows Insider program has been pushing out Windows 10 Technical Previews since the latest version of Microsoft's OS was first announced. After today's event up in Redmond, there's no doubts a lot more people who are excited to try out those shiny new builds – including for phones – for themselves. A lot of great announcements came our way, so if you're not already a Windows Insider, now is probably a good time to get in on it.

And so, if you want to get in on the hottest new builds of Windows 10 and provide feedback that can help shape the future of the platform, you'll want to be an Insider. The first new build of Windows 10 for desktop will push out next week, with the first preview for phones landing sometime "after the Super Bowl." We'll be covering both, naturally, as and when they arrive.
